Merrimann is the Founder of Ampliify OS — a full-service marketing and advertising agency built on one idea: that every business deserves communication that actually works. He is also Co-founder of Soulhaus — a talent management company dedicated to discovering, developing, and positioning music artists for long-term impact. Soulhaus goes beyond the music industry standard — it invests in the whole artist, building the brand, the business, and the story behind the sound.

And when the pandemic shut the world down, Merrimann did what entrepreneurs do — he built something. He is the Founder of Merri's Grills, a BBQ lifestyle brand born during the COVID-19 lockdown that grew from a passion for great food into a real business. Specializing in grilled catfish and chicken, Merri's Grills is proof that the right product, the right brand, and the right consistency can turn a lockdown idea into a lifestyle movement.
