Dr. Peter Anya, PhD spent years in the field — working with SMEs, startups, and large corporates across Nigeria — before founding Neubrid with a singular mission: to give every Nigerian business access to the kind of strategic consulting that was previously reserved for multinationals.
Today, Neubrid Consults operates across multiple cities, having developed over 200 professionals, transformed dozens of organisations, and published two landmark books that are shaping workplace culture in Nigeria.
