About Oluchukwu
Oluchukwu is the operational backbone of Neubrid Consults. She oversees day-to-day administration, coordinates projects, and supports business development — making sure the work that matters most actually gets delivered, on time and without friction.
Before joining Neubrid, she built her customer relations foundation at First City Monument Bank (FCMB), where she developed a sharp eye for problem-solving, service excellence, and people management. She brings that same client-first instinct to everything she does internally.
From coordinating corporate training programs to executing youth empowerment initiatives and managing strategic partnerships, Oluchukwu has been at the center of some of Neubrid's most impactful work — even when nobody's watching.
