About Dr. Anya
Dr. Anya has spent his career at the intersection of finance, governance, and human capital — working as a Financial Advisor and Fund/Portfolio Manager with leading firms including ARM Investment. He's also the author of Dear Employer and Dear Employee, and was recently honoured with the UN Eminent Ambassadorial Award for his contribution to human capital development in Nigeria.
